Can you say hypocrite?
Okay, So this one guy, had a bad experience with this company, Petswarehouse.com, and told some people about it. The owner of the company got upset. Did he try to make things right? No. He sued a lot of people. Good job, that always makes people like you. And the funny part is he's suing because he says basically that the things said by the customer and others defame his trademark's name. Anybody bother to tell this guy that the lawsuit would defame his name even more? Guess not. That or he didn't listen. You can and should read more about it here: Salon.com Technology | Free speech and the Internet: A fish story.
Also, there's even more trouble with the defense fund the customer/complainers set up to defend themselves. Read about the defense fund here: Robert Novak v. APD List Members. This is worth mentioning because now, this guy at Petswarehouse.com wants that money as well. I guess this is the kind of thing you have to do when you're losing money due to poor customer service and once you've launched an attack on the community that supports your business.
Of course these are all just my opinions here. You should figure it out for yourself. Oh, and did I mention that this guy is trying to sue people that link to his website? Do I care? Blood from a turnip.
