Simply put, I feel an intense need to interact with people that are not part of the sphere of people at this small liberal arts school. I feel I'm becoming desperate to connect with someone that does not know all of the people that I know. I've discovered something exciting about interacting, however passively, with people that don't live within walking distance. It all makes me feel like running away, but not to get away, to find the new, the strange, the barbari. (barbarus - nom. pl. of strange speech)
