Stop Policeware - Proposed Text of the CBDTPA Bill

Everyday it seems that I hear of another way in which the United States government, sworn enemy of communism, is trying to adopt the standards of an Orwellian governing system. Of course, the founding fathers only intended the Bill of Rights to apply so long as content access was limited. Now that it has become easier to subvert corporate socital influence our government feels it necessary to support their attempts to limit our rights for their own profit. This is no longer about protecting the artist, though I'm not sure when it ever was.
